"Boiled" recipe

Pike perch in salted water. For flavor, you can add bay leaf and black pepper to the broth. Cooking will take about 15 minutes. Then boiled pieces should be put on a plate. While the fish is cooling down, you can start cooking marinade. If the dish needs to be cooked quickly or the hostess does not have a time car, then the marinade can be done along with the cooking of the fish.

It is necessary to cut onions in half rings and grate carrots on a large grater. On a pasted frying pan in vegetable oil fry the crushed ingredients. Then pour the diluted 100 grams of

tomato paste in boiled, cooled water. You can dilute the concentrated product and broth, in which the fish was cooked.

Allow the mass to boil, reduce heat. Next, you need to disassemble the small fish and place it in the marinade. To taste, you can add chopped garlic, spices. Roasted pike perch under marinade

Such fish will be less useful, but will be able to boast a more intense taste. Pike perch cut into portions and fry from all sides in vegetable oil. Shred the onions and carrots, fry until golden brown. Then, as in the previous recipe, a diluted tomato paste is poured in. After boiling, you need to enter the following ingredient - 2 tbsp.l.starch, diluted with water. Some mistresses do not add starch, but they put a tablespoon of mayonnaise in the marinade.

Pieces of fish should be put on an oblong dish. With a warm marinade, pour it evenly, as if hiding it under a mixture. From above you can sprinkle the fish with chopped herbs - coriander, basil, parsley.
